check fuel pressure at the rails. At idle should be around 50 psi.

Did you check the wire on coil number 6? Could be loose. Check your coil pack for that cylinder as well. For a start anyway.

When did you last clean your MAF? Usually that shows up as lean on both banks, tho, like a fuel pressure problem would. Any vacuum leaks? Is your injector firing? You could swap it out to another cylinder to see if the missfire follows, if you've already ruled out an ignition problem.

Come to find out it seems to be a back coil pack on #6. The tech also stated that they are firing way to high. Should be between 10-12k and are firing around 15-18k. Is this something that could have happened during the tune? I'll pull the plugs on it tomorrow and take a look and see if they are white. If that is the case, should I not run the car until it is retuned to make that adjustment? If so, I am going to take my lashing for not using Frost.

Your tuner could have made the computer run too lean.

I would NOT drive the car with it running that lean. You are asking for detonation to occur.

Ditto on what Jon said. Put the car away and send your PCM to Frost for a tune. Let him work his magic.

I'm also with Rich and Jon. Don't run the car until the issue is fixed.

Replaced the coil pack on #6. AFR is back to reading between 14.5-15 at idle and driving. It is also correcting itself where it couldn't before. The #6 plug was also replaced and doesn't look bad. Still a small misfire but noting too noticeable. Will replace rest of plugs when engine is cooled down. Any additional thoughts? It was tuned almost 3 months ago and have put 7000 miles on it with out a problem until then. I know I need a tune by Frost, but is it safe to drive now?

Please let me note that it is lean on Bank 2 not Bank 1 as stated in the subject, that was my error.

If it lean on bank 2 then it sounds like a stuck closed injector

All of the fuel trims read normal when on the diagnosis reader at the shop on Friday. i'll have to go buy one I guess. I don't want to drive it in the event I cause more issues.
