service engine light

my service engine light came on so i took it to the neirest auto part store to run the codes and it came up with air fuel measuring. i was wondering if any one could help me out wiht this one. 2002 formula ws6 thanks

I had that problem and it was an O2 sensor, the code would come back a few days after being cleared. Have the code checked though, I know it could be on of several thousand things.

No problem, keep in mind that there are four O2 sensors on our cars. The mechanic that replaced mine replaced three and found #4... After he called me to come and get the car. So I had to wait an extra day to get it replaced. You might save some $$ and get better parts if you buy the replacements yourself. Thats what I did, just had to pay labor.
Also the Cats on my car needed replacing and were making the light come on a little while after the O2 sensors were replaced. There is a recall on the cats for T/A's so if that's the problem take it to a dealership and get 'em replaced free.
