does anyone know where you can buy katech rod bolts?

your best bet would be to contact katech and ask about vendors. I know they make them, I just don't know who carries them. Every where I've looked had arp.

why would you buy katech instead of ARP? not to bash on katech, but ARP is the king of bolts, at least in my book. and rod bolts are some of the most important bolts you'll buy for your engine. i took some materials engineering electives for my Mech. E. degree, and ARP's literature makes the little engineering geek inside happy. ARP2000 FTW . . .~Jason
