replacing power window motors 94 camaro

hey guys.. im wanting to take my glass out of my 94 camaro and tint it. but while im in im gonna replace my window motors bcuz they are getting weak. no sense in doing all the tint work and then 3 weeks later have to replace my motors ya know?

anyway i popped off the panels and plastic and now im staring at a metal door of which i have no idea how to remove the glass or the motors. now im sure if i removed enough nuts and bolts i could indeed figure it out. but why cause that much extra work for myself. any help guys?

thanks bro that should help a ton. you said you replaced yours? when i drop the motor does the glass just lift out? i wanna do tint

Not to just replace the motor. But with the door panel open you can get at it.
