replacing the alternator
I have searched and was unable to find the link for an alternator p/n and how to install. Want to make sure I don't *uck it up.
What is the best (economical) alternator? Thanks.

Never replaced one but one of my buddies has - not too difficult and be careful of the exciter wire. For him the most "economical" one was a new GM unit, he went through two rebuilt cheapies from auto parts stores that didn't work correctly.
