Does your light for rear defrost stay on?
    Ever had your window retinted?
If u break the connection on one of those lines, it will no longer function.

The light stays on for 2 mins and goes out. The rear window is tinted but it has never been retinted

Mine is tinted as well, but IIRC (b/c I never really use it) it stays on for quite some time. I remember this issue came up not too long ago. I think it was something with the switch/timer/sensor part of it.

    BRB.

Has anyone else noticed that after the two minutes of the light being on, you can’t turn it back on for a lil while and that the power seat doesn’t work until you can turn the defrost back on? I believe they both run off the same fuse if I’m not mistaken but its still a lil weird.

Jay, no I don't. I would think all 98-02's have the same.

I think there is a circuit breaker for them both. Could be overheating.
