You need to explain a bit more - what circumstances are you talking about - when you are backing out of the drive or a parking space, when you are trying to back up hill, or when you are fooling around and accelerating too hard?

I had the same issue right away when I put lowering springs on the rear of the car. I replaced them with stocks one and problem was gone. Maybe you need new springs and or shocks. I also upgraded my Panhard bar and LCA's. That helped tremendously with wheel hop.
Like the guys said don't be too hard on reverse.
