Rattling when coming to a stop
When I come to a stop I usually hit the clutch and put it in neutral then brake. Right before I'm about to stop I hear this rattling but more like a clunk because it sounds a little deep. It almost sounds like very low exhaust backfires. Any ideas what it could be? I don't think it's the exhaust but maybe it is. I just can't pinpoint it.

It sounds like it's right under the car. I don't feel anything I can only hear it. The noise seems to start after my foot is on the brake. Although if I just put it in neutral and let it coast I can also hear it. Basically when the rpms are under 2k and the car is coasting (not under load) I get that rattle. I don't think it matters if I'm stopping but I just hear it more often when I'm stopping maybe because everything else is quiet (wind, exhaust, etc.)

Yeah I do have loudmouth ii catback. It's strange I can actually hear it better with the windows up. It doesn't feel like any knocking or anything else really. I can just hear it.

Maybe your brake pads are rattling? Maybe a shim worked its way loose. I know I have seen cars at my shop with loose brake pad shims.
