Hey I was wondering when one should change the power steering fluid in a 2002 WS6 with only 31,000K?? Dealer said I needed a flush but a second mechanic looked at the fluid (which was brown) and said I didn't need to change it and that I should just add a little power steering fluid myself.
What do you guys think??

I would get a flush. The fluid is dirty, and dirty fluid causes wear.
