questions about the 6 liter

I'm trying to figure out a couple things with building a 6L iron block.

-Will LS1 heads fit on a 6L block?
-are all the sensors located the same, or will I have to modify the wiring harness?

stock for stock, no. the ls1 heads will choke it. Sensors will be in the same place for the most part though.

I was more or less thinking for forced induction. I'd be porting and polishing to allow for more volume to flow. I was just wondering if they bolt up the same and if I'd have to machine the combustion chambers for an increased bore size.

I don't think I'll actually go that route, but I was wondering what the possibilities are.
