question about AC on grand prix

My friend has a 2000 Grand Prix GT. the ac stopped blowing. it was making noise last summer and there was water getting on the passenger floor board. we took the motor out and there was water in the motor, so we assumed the drain was plugged. well her boyfriend never got around to clearing the drain. they broke up a couple weeks ago. her driver window stopped working and she asked me to fix it. she was happy since she would finally get to have air. i asked if the air worked and she said it stopped blowing out. i got a new blower motor because i thought that was it. i worked on it today. i got the window fixed, the drain on the AC cleared, and the blower motor changed. when i tested the fan, it would only blow on high(5). what do you think would cause it to do that? want to get it fixed for her since she wants to sell it.

If it only blows on high then the resister pack is out. If you have a haines or chilton manual it will show it in the wiring diagram.
