Pull the motor without lift?
Has anyone pulled the motor on a late model f-body without a lift? How much of a PITA is it to do?

pulling an ls1 is about the same as pulling any other common v-8. get your hood off, your radiator and fan out, motor mounts, harness clips, heater hoses, a/c lines, etc. It up to you whether you want to pull the tranny and motor out as a whole and just disconnect the driveline or disconnect the tranny and pull just the motor. Both ways have their pros and cons. Just take your time, use common sense, and don't hurt yourself or your car.
