Did this problem come about all of a sudden or soon after you did something with your car? I'm having a simlar problem with my car and this is the feedback I've been getting. Read the whole thread, because there are multiple possibilities.

I think you're not getting answers because we need more information.
How many miles (kilometers) on the car?
Have you worked on it recently?
What have you checked so far?
When was the last time you cleaned the MAF?
Is it stock?
Is the tune stock?
Do you have any exhaust leaks?

might wanna change the fuel filter, its only like ten bucks and its a easy yes or no to your prob, after that do plugs, wires, air filter, clean your MAF. these are all easy an semi cheap things to rule out.

cleaning the MAF is probably a good place to start. You can get MAF cleaner at pretty much any auto parts store here but I'm not sure about over there. It just to be a non-residue electrical cleaner. Take the MAF off and spray the 3 little resistors that are in the air stream. Don't touch those as they're very fragile.....just spray them off. It does sound like a fueling issue to me but could be a number of things. Do you have access to a data logger at all? I would also make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks before the front O2 sensors.
How does the car idle and run in general?

no, just replace it with a stock one but make sure you need one at all first. Say it was running fine before the plug change? Have you made sure all the plug wires seated all the way on the plugs and coils? Did you remove the a.i.r. pipes to get to the plugs? Make sure those aren't leaking.

did you get new plug wires? If not, did you check them to make sure you don't have one or more that are bad? Like Orion said don't buy a MAF until you clean the current one and if it is bad just get the stock one.
