Could be a number of things. Start with the basics - proper fuel pressure, adequate air flow into the engine, MAF is clean, no vacuum leaks, ect..
Second, are there any mods to the engine/drivetrain componants? Or is it a stock setup? If modded, please list them.

What kind of MAF? LS1s are very touchy with aftermarket ones, which very easily could be the source of your problems.

I don't know if all of you guys missed it, but it looks to me like he has the LS1 in a 36 body. The wiring harness alone is suspect.... Much less the PCM or the BCM.

The wiring harness is made by painless wiring so I don't think it is a issue engine runs fine and I have it up to 100 mph with no other issues other than acceleration at slow speed

What plugs are you running? Wires? How many miles are the motor? Could be any number of things.

do you have a way to look at live data? Using the pcm that came with the engine? Can you look at fuel trims, timing, knock retard, ect ect? If so post up what those numbers are.
