    1998 Pontiac TransAm

    poly motor mount problem

    I got the Prothane 7-512 motor mount . Having trouble lining up the 18 mm botls. All the 8 15 mm plate bolts are loose. I can line dr side up but not the other . If I do the pass side then the dr side wont line up. Anyone have a uggestion ?

    Did the engine shift or move when you removed the stock mounts?

    Put it on a lift and use a long pry bar to push one side of the engine into place.
