Please Help! 99z28 Wont Start!

My name is Tyler I have a 99 Z28 automatic and has 155,000 on it.

It wont start maybe after 5 mins it might crank over, But when it does the Idle is High around 1500rpm. If i put it in D or R it shift so hard.
If I try and Drive it barley shift gears very late and high revs.

Does anyone have an Idea what could be the issue?
If so please let me know, anything will help. I cant afford to take it in at the moment.

Almost sounds like a vacuum leak. Have you checked your clamps at the airlid and throttle body? Have you checked your Mass Air sensor to see if it's dirty? Has the MAF ever been cleaned? When the car DOES run, is there a smell of raw gasoline? Are you getting a check engine light? We need more info on this car.

definitely sounds like a vacuum leak or un-metered air. Check the pcv hose on the passenger side of the engine where it bends to go into the intake. They like to crack on the backside of that bend.
