you need to keep the front O2 sensors and get rid of the rears. O2 sims don't work as well as tuning them out of the computer. You'll need a tune anyways to get the most out of your headers. alot of people can't hardly get their car running right without a tune after headers because it changes the air/fuel ratio that much.

My car had headers when I bought it. The car went 12.8x with a ported throttle body, Granettelie? mass air, smooth lid, bla, bla, bla. Plenty of bolt on goodies. Hell, thats why I bought it. No lights ever came on even with open headers! Before you do headers make the most of your money and hard work and have your car tuned by a pro. Check and see around your area and see if you can find a reputable tuner with a rear weel DYNO to give your car the right tune for your mods.

You will need some o2 extensions for your fronts since the o2 bungs will be lower, and the rears are as easy as unplugging, get underneath your car an you will see the rear o2's behind the cats real quick.

unless they're pre-made extensions don't use them. Don't use the ones you have to splice wire into and extend the harness......time and time again I read about people having problems with those. It'll possibly save you a bucket full of headache and only cost ~$40.
