PCV grommet/connector?

Looking for a replacement PCV grommet/connector, as the old one has a tear. Any clue what the part number is and where I could get one? Here's a pic.

The PCV sits in the broad end.

Hey man.

I was unable to find that part. I ended up having to order the whole PVC hose that its attacted too. I was unable to order just that part. ;\ And yes mine was torn too.

You can make that connector yourself. All it really is, is a pretty connector. Get a piece of hose that fits the pvc and the use another piece of short pipe say (2in. long x 3/8 dia.) inserted into the larger hose then connect the smaller hose to that (using mini clamps) and your good to go..

I did it, even painted the brass piece black lol. Works great.
