    parking lamp replacement.....

Hi there! Haven't posted on here for a long time! I recently found out that my front blinker lights on my 98 Z28 don't work for some reason. These are the same lights as the daytime running lamps. For some weird reason, the lights work when the headlights are on at nighttime. But the front blinkers still don't blink. Are the blinkers a separate bulb? And are these a pain to replace?

Thanks if you all can help!

    Eric

It's a dual bulb. Just one bulb on either side that needs to be replaced. 3157 bulb I believe, correct me if I'm wrong someone. At any rate, very cheap, a little awkward to get to if you don't like taking the headlight assembly off. I am lucky to have nimble hands, and a wife with smaller nimbler hands

They are a PITA to get to, but you can get to them from the bottom.

Thanks for your help guys! Now from what I found, are there two bulbs for the parking lamps? I twisted lightbulb from the orange parking lamp housing and the bulb that was on the end of the wires was itty bitty. The 3157 bulb was a bit bigger than it. This isn't the same bulb is it?

Oh I forgot about the outside ones, been 4 years since I've had to change one. They are just secondaries for the parking lamp so that they are more visible from the side. Not sure what the light # is but they are on the shelf at all parts store, I do know it's the same as the tag light.

Thanks so much for the help guys! I ended up removing both headlights and getting to it from there. What a stupid location for that bulb! Both my bulbs were super black. Hopefully these next ones last a little longer. Thanks so much for the help!
