I used to get the codes all the time, and new ones lasted a few months. The header company told be to put the heat shield sleeves that you normally put on spark plugs over the front 02s. Since I did that I have to replace them maybe every two to three years.

You could have those 2 codes tuned out of the computer. PM Frost and see what he thinks of that idea.

I ran stockers for years without any troubles, a week after i switched to the bosch 13111's i started throwing codes on both banks, needless to say i went back to the old sensors.. No problems yet.

I've put the 13111's in (or directed their installation on) more than 100 F-body's without incident. I once had one that was bad out of the box. That's it. They eliminate the need for extensions as well. That's also a good thing because extensions bring their own problems.

could this code be caused by something other than the o2 sensors?

yes. It could be exhaust leaks, sensor contamination from oil, coolant, rtv, fuel contamination, or wiring or connector problems(but that'll usually set additional O2 sensor codes along with these).
But it still comes down to the fact that LT headers affect how well these sensors work. Like Frost said, if the computer tune is good and close to where it needs to be (fuel trim adjustment is minimal) then the codes can just be tuned out and set to No-Report.
