so i just found this thread

    http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83557

and it sounds like a very similar circumstance. should i just go ahead and pick a fuel pressure regulator up and try this, or would replacing the o2s be the first step?

I'd check the fuel pressure first, before anything else. Especially if it is somewhat sluggish.

i was thinking lazy 02s if he was running longtubes..since its very common with longtubes...that or a leak somewhere ..but FP is a good first diagnostic

^^^ yeah that does make some sense. It always makes me wonder why I've never had any problems since I installed my LTs except the SES light is always on. I must be one of the lucky ones, Too Fast runs great and MPG is up.

i have a lazy o2 right now after my header install...it might be related to a possible exhaust leak tho (QTP headers)

pretty sure got it figured out. the MAF was dirty and there was something wrong with the ECU program that wasn't giving it enough fuel at WOT causing it to run lean. car is running better than it ever has and no SES!!!
