One fog light out

I have one fog light out. I changed the bulb and got nothing. The left side is still working but the right is out. Any ideas on what could have gone wrong?

Have you looked at the harness for any brownish/blackish discoloring? I only ask as there are a few GM vehicles that burn out light harnesses. Also, if there is no discoloration, check the connectors inside the harness as the metal tabs tend to flatten out and not conduct any current despite a bulb replacement. If the tabs inside the connector are flat, use a pick or jewler screwdriver and pry on the tabs, plug the bulb in and turn on the foglights. Let us know if ya need anymore help.

Well i guess the new bulb i opened was no good.... i checked everything you said and everything was ok. I ran to the store and grabbed another bulb and it works.

Stock clerk probably dropped the bulb when hanging it on display. It happens.
