you can get a gm scanner and do a gauge sweep and see how far off they are and then go from there

I replaced all my red Firebird lights with blue LED's, but I have Autotap to read the PCM for speed and rpm. So I could match needle positions to the PCM.
But, you can do it the manual way and get it close...
For Fuel, fill up your tank, then put the neddle just a tad beyond the F.
For rpm, target idle speed of around 750 and press the needle on there with the car idling.
As for speed, you can do this.... But be careful.... Leave the plastic clear cover for the gauges off. Have someone drive a separate vehicle next to you and maintain 60 MPH, then you match them with cruise control at 60 mph. Then you can push the neddle on the speedo targeting 60 mph. You don't need to press it all the way on, just a little on and it will stay.
It's not the best method, but you can make it work through iterations.2000 WS6 TA #2946 - A4, Best 1/4: 12.5s @111mph.
SLP LTs, 228r Cam, SY 3500, Shift kit, LS6 intake, underdrive pulleys, lid, p&p TB, Borla w/ cutout, Pro-kit springs, poly all around, Hotchkis suspension, 3.90 gears, tuned.

Any tuner or autotap will give temp, volts, speed, rpm etc. If you have a GPS you can use it for speed too.
