oil change for heads/cam swap?
I wasnt gonna change my oil for the heads/cam swap bc i was told that after you change out the heads/cam to change the oil after about 100 miles but i took the old heads of the engine today and noticed the coolant going everywhere and have to wonder if a bunch of coolant got into the oil. So my question is should i change the oil before startup with new heads/cam?

I would start it up, and let it run up to operating temp, then I would probably go ahead and change oil after heat cycling it. But thats just my opinion.

I did mine during and then again after 100 miles. Probably not completely necessary but I wanted to get all the little stuff out of there that might've found it's way to the oil.
