Black- 2000 WS6 Trans Am
Oil???
I bought a 2000 WS6. It has about 54K on it. What do you guys think is the best oil to run in it?

White- 97 GMC with 02 LS6 engine
Mobil 1 5w30 Synthetic is what's recommended but Royal Purple would be fine also.

0-30, 5-30, 10-30, 0-40, 5-40, 10-40, 15-40, 15-50, 20-50
All depends on how you drive it and what you like. Personally I run 0-40 Mobil 1 Euro formula for everyday and 15w50 Mobil 1 for the track *5+ hour autocross days*

The manual states 5W-30. I also suggest a synthetic oil. Amsoil or Castrol Syntic are the ones that I would suggest. I use Amsoil 0W-30 in my Car.
