    OEM vs. Aftermarket replacement fenders

Who here has experience with replacing a front fender on an LT1 car? Which would you go with, an OEM Replacement fender (quoted $283 at the dealer) or an aftermarket fender? Does "you get what you pay for" hold true with these pieces? Thanks in advance.

I replaced a core support and right fender on my buddys Car that were not OEM. Not LT, LS. the peices seemed to fit fine for the most part. If it is considerably less than yea..... or if your money is tight... do it.

I would think you should have decent luck looking at the online junk yards and places like that and would save a fortune and still end up with OEM stuff.

so used fenders aren't all that bad, even though they've been fitted to a different car for such a long time? Are these plastic/rubber pieces like fiberglass and sag/take a set after time?
