    odd squeaking noise

    Hey guys I cant figure this out for the life of me. My 01Z is making a squeaking noise from either the front drivers or rear tire. It makes the noise when i am driving and it seems like every revolution the tire makes. Im thinking its the break pad, but not positive. I was also considering i might need an alignment. Any help with my problem would be appreciated!

    You can usually determine if it is the brakes making the noise by applying light pedal pressure while driving. If the noise changes, then it is likely an issue with the brakes. On our cars, the caliper pins are notorious for seizing up when not properly maintained. If you have never serviced them, its not a bad idea to pull them apart, clean the pins, and then lube them with synthetic caliper grease.
