Is This Normal?

i put on TSP TD's which i know increases cabin noise and vibration but if i go from a start it makes like a rattling/hard vibration/grinding sound right under the center console cup holder is that normal or could it be a tranny mount?

it could be that they welded it up too close to the floorboard and it's vibrating against it??

ill look its only band clamped, but when i looked at it last it looked like it had decent clearance there
