Is this normal?
Sometimes when I get on it (just a little mind you) it has never happened WOT, but you know, when you just wanna get up a little, when the tranny switches gears the gas pedal will pull away from my foot. First time it happened I thought it was funny, but it's happened like twice since then.
It's an A/T with a shift kit and a 3600 stall, would too high of a stall with a stock cam cause this?

It had been tuned yes, after NGK plugs and Taylor wires, headers/Borla exhaust, MTI lid box, shift kit and 3600 stall converter.

It is weird, but if it starts talkin' to me, I'm sellin it.
Thing has a mind of it's own, when it happens it's like it's sayin, "No, like this..." and the pedal goes down

It might rabbit...it might. Oh, your not a rabbit, your a Pimp Panther.
I think the shift kit and too high of a stall with too low of a rear gear and cam might be causin it. It's really not a big deal, it's sorta funny. Like oh, sorry, I didn't know you wanted MORE GAS.
Prolly should call up a good LS1 shop and ask 'em. Like the one that installed all this stuff in my car in the first place when the first owner had it.

The traction controll may have something to do with the happening. Turn it off and see if the same thing happens with it off.

Black- 1999 Chevrolet Camaro Z28
I had this happen only once in my '99 Z28.
ASR was off.
Stepped on the gas to pass a slow ass car, then felt the pedal move deeper down and stayed there, the rpms shot up. I put the transmission in netural and shut down the engine while rolling...turned the key back to RUN (not even start) to reset the system...the engine came back to life and shot to redline again.
Shutdown again...came to a stop and popped the hood to see if anything isn't out of the norm....found nothing...a few mins later I started it again and it was idling and worked fine afterwards.
Maybe a glitch in the traction control system caused the cruise control motor to move uncommanded?

The only time I saw a car do that (other than the cruise control working the throttle) was on an old Impala with a broken engine mount. The engine would torque over under load, and floor itself- I scared the crap out of a cop directing traffic through an intersection one time! Myself, too! Once the speed caught up to the engine rev's it would drop back down, but you couldn't take off normally in that car until I got it fixed.
You might want to check for free play in the engine mounts-

I read several years ago where someone had this happen. The cruise engaged coming out of a parking lot and spun the car out. That's why I ALWAYS turn the cruise to the off position unless I'm using it at the time. It's also a bad habit my wife has, well one of them.

Hi----with a shift kit and a stall converter you need to make sure you have the torque management system deleted and the shift times in every gear set to "0" so the trans uses adaptive learning to shift. It sounds like your traction control is being activated and it is not supposed to be at that given throttle position. It's doing wierd things because you always must change the 2 things I mentioned when putting in a stall converter and shift kit. Ask your tuner if he made those changes--I'll bet not.
