Got the car back and all seems ok BUT now i'm getting a whine sound on deceleration. If im doing 50mph and let off the gas the whine sound occurs but as soon as you touch the gas pedal it stops. Any ideas ?

Noises like that tend to be gear noises. If a gear set has already established a wear in pattern, slight changes can cause the gears to whine because they aren't contacting each other at the right spot.
These noise can also be the side bearings or pinion bearings. As you accel and decel you put a different load on the one bearing or the other. If a bearing or race is worn, you'll get noise as that bearing is loaded up and/or unloaded

I got the car back today (again). They said they did a total rebuild on the rear. Everything seemed fine when i left the dealer. Drove about 20 miles on the highway and now i'm getting a howl groan type noise from the rear when i make turns. WTF ?
    I have no luck..

It seems to be worse as the rear gets hotter. When i drove to work this morning it didn't make noise until i got to work (about 9 miles away, no highway). When i got home i checked the temperature of the rear with a IR thermometer and it was 130 (67 outside). Does that seem normal ? Also the noise is louder in reverse (while turning).

Did they print out what they did? If they did, check to see what fluid they used and how much. If they didn't put the right gear oil or correct amount, that could be the cause of your problem.

BINGO ! They said they drained the fluid and filled it with Wynns gear oil. Much quieter now. I measured the temperature of the rear again after a long drive and it was 140, is that normal ?

I don't know about differential temps. Keep us posted though.
