No Low beams!

I turned on my lights tonight to find that my left high beam was stuck on. Right side is out and I couldn't click back over to low beams.

I haven't done anything troubleshooting at this point as it is late, but off the top of your heads- you guys have any ideas?

I am guessing the dimmer switch went bad on ya. For the life of me, I cannot remember if the dimmer switch is on the column under the dash.
