New Spark Plug Wires, 2 have high resistance

Just purchased a set of AC Delco spark plug wires. I checked the resistance of each wire to make sure they are good and 2 of them are 8k ohms and the rest are 328 ohms. I guess those 2 are bad ?

I paid $40 shipped for the AC Delco's. My car is stock and from what i read on the forums going with a set like MSD would not make a difference i can see.

My msd super conductors were only $60 shipped. The benefit you'll see from them is you won't get 2 faulty ones. No, they're not going to add hp, but they will add a more consist spark, which is more important that hp numbers. The msd wires are thicker and will last longer than the ac delcos.

I wouldn't recommend just swapping your perfectly working stock wires, but if its time for a tune up, I would strongly reccomend you only use msd as a replacement. They're the industry leader in ignition and imo no one compares to them and all of their products.

I'm not saying to pitch your ac delcos, but if you have to return them, I would get some msd super conductors and test the resistance on them.
