    I had the same prob.
I found where the pipe was making contact with the panard bar. I heated the pipe with torches, and put a dent in it with a hammer. It gave the pipe just enough clearence to prevent the rattle.

yeah sounds about right. i was able to loosen the clamps and adjust the pipes (i have the modular system) and then tighten the sh!t out of the bolt to the frame over the rear axle. problem solved...

Does the SLP Loudmouth utilize 3 mounting points behind the axle?

there is one location around the real axle that it bolts too the frame or underneath of the car. then you have two exhaust hanger brackets (one on each side) that the rest of the system hangs on too. that's it. so yes 3 locations like you have asked...

I m not sure about heating it and hitting it with a hammer. I can see it breaking or something, tend to have bad luck. What if I wrap that part in header wrap? Would that keep the rattling down? It would no longer be metal on metal. Any input appreciated.

Heat it and bend it. It will not break!

I Have The Slp Factory Exhust.. And I Did Notice Rattling Sometimes The Best Thing I Can Tell You Is Check For Loose Bolts..!! My Is Already 5yrs(2002) Old Bolts Loosen Over Time.. So Try Check The Bolts And Tightin Them.. All The Bolts That Connect The Clamp To The Exhust.. So Double Check Them.. If That Doesn't Work Then You Probably Have A Something Else Wrong
