Artic White- 2001 Chevy Camaro SS
Need some help on storing car 4 winter
What's up guys? Well the first snowfall has already hit and my camaro is sitting in the garage until it gets above 60, i've heard of some stuff but have no clue on the right way to store the car. Any suggestions?

the right way would be to fill the tank up and add stabil to it although I never do that. I run it as close to empty as possible and don't add anything. That increases my chances of having rust in the tank but I just pulled my tank 2 winters ago and it was fine.
I would also put it on jack stands if you have them to help prevent flat spotting the tires. I seriously doubt that you'd flat spot them in a matter of a couple months but better safe than sorry.
Either unhook the battery or get a battery tender to keep a charge on it.
I also change the fluids right before spring so everything is nice and fresh.
Also, clean the inside real good before you put it up and get you a nice air freshener to put in there. It'll make it smell extra nice in the spring time.

just pull it out and start it every week, let it warm to operating temp and run for a little bit then pull it back in the garage. Thats what I do for my CBR. Sportbike tire are shit below 50 degrees so I dont ride much in the winter.

if you do that make sure it gets nice and hot. Don't want condesation builiding up. Nothing wrong with doing that and I've been known to go out and fire mine up just to hear it run for a while. Just make sure you let it get hot enough to burn off the condensation.

I fill the tank and use stabil, cover it and use a battery tender and leave it on the ground. New radials don't flat spot and I have done it for over 6 years now. I will start it every now and then and let it get really hot for the condensation concerns.
