Need some help with codes.
Before I get to the questions, My daughter just "had" to have this car and decided that a race car can be driven as a daily driver It truly is a fantastic car, makes the 4th one owned between her and I.
The codes are...
PO506- Idle control sensor
PO155- 02 heater out bank 2 sensor 1
PO410- secondary air inj system
Check engine light is of course on.
Car starts and idles low for a bit, after warming a little idle goes to 1600 rpm. Stop at a light for a while and sometimes it drops back to its normal 800 rpm. Also likes to almost stall when cold, even "sometimes" when it gets warmed up.
Background on when it started..
It has had quite a bit of work done on the motor including a Powerdyne S/C...ya ya I know theres better options than those but its what she has.
Well of course this being her 1st stick car she missed a gear...poof... breaks the internal s/c belt. It took me a while to get it on the hoist and pull it apart, during the time she still drove it "broke" a few times. Most of the time she had my SS Silverado thats also blown so she didnt mind hers being parked too much. Anyway thats when all the codes hit, I figured no biggie, get it back together and clear codes and all will be right with the world. That theory didnt work out so well for me.
A list of what the car has had done.....

Beautiful bird!!
Has the engine been professionally tuned for the engine work? Once an engine is modded, a tune is a MUST for everything to work together.
PM our resident tuner FROST. He'll help you out.

Yes it has been pro tuned on a dyno and he got another 140 ponies out of it.
The light/codes have not been an issue before. Just after the s/c issue that took me tooo long to fix that seems to have caused it.
Just a tad more background from us, we have been racing for a "few" years, myself and my 2 daughters live at the dragstrips in Az since 97... now we just hang in Tucson and down to one 7 second dragster....the economy has taken its toll on me.
And thanx cammed goat, it truly is a fun as hell car to drive

Possibly damaged the blower unit? When you had the car apart, did you notice if any of the pushrods were bent? The IAC can be replaced. Has the O2 sensor been replaced? Almost sounds like it got fouled.

Blower was sent to jon bond for rebuild, and yes I DO trust what he did was the best. That thing still makes HP
IAC? sorry, Im a dumb a$$ on that one

IAC=Idle Air Control. The solenoid that goes into the side of the throttle body.

That makes perfect sense now, do you clean it or just toss a new one in?

Try cleaning it and the hole in the throttle body first. If the surging idle continues, throw in a new IAC.

First off i just gotta say youve got to be one of the coolest fathers letting her get that car! Kudo`s to you ! my dad cringed everytime i mentioned anything ''fast'' he wanted me to get something tame like a mini-truck or economy car NOT!! Although he had a right to this opinion seeing that i had loads of speeding tickets as a teenage driver and all! and that was in the families Monte Carlo and El camino...

LOL, Thanx but trust me its her money not mine. But ya, I did cringe some....after we were on the road for 200 miles on the way to get it she finally confessed she had only driven a standard once...a Honda..4 cyl. Shes pretty good at not telling me the complete truth sometimes....doesnt lie but....
Both of my daughters grew up at the dragstrip. I always told them the race cars you are in are faster than ANY typical street "race car" So when you start dating and a guy want to impress you with his "fast" car ask him where his ET slips are.... Then compare RT/60ft times/and 1/8 mile ET/MPH. Ya, I have 2 gearhead daughters, just dont know what happend with the oldest tho...she drives a GT Mustang

Thats funny^ the first kid is usually the ''starter'' kid>kind of the experimental version of your others kids, by the time you get to the second ,third... etc you have a better idea of what to expect and what your doing no? and at least shes into muscle cars and isnt driving a hyundai!

No offense intended, I think it is totally irresponsible to let a teenager (if that is her age) drive a vehicle like that.
The accident rate for young people along with the ticket ratio is higher, for they do not process information as adults do.
I myself @ 64 years old would not want to get behind the wheel of a vehicle like that.
