Need some advice. Rebuild or save for replacement?

My bird's got close to 120k miles, the number 6 spark plug socket is stripped (thanks Mazda dealership.....), and the harmonic balancer has a tiny bit of wobble even after having it replaced so it might be the crank or something related. Forgetting about the other problems not related with the engine, I'm debating between getting heads, cam, intake, headers, and full exhaust, or just saving my money and going for one of those sexy TSP 408s.

On a side note, if anyone has a pair of cheap heads to sell....

unless your pockets are deeper than mine I'd say rebuild it.
if you look around you can get a set of used heads for a really good price. to be safe maybe throw a new crank and bearings in with new ported ls6 oil pump and cam of your choice

But wouldn't a total replacement save me money in the long run?

lol sounds like your trying to talk yourself into buying a stroker.
DrCrash on here is just finishing his 408 build if you want to get an idea of real prices for the swap I'd look him up

Well I just want to get the best bang for buck. TSP has their 408s for $3600, but I'm not sure what else I would need to get to have a finished motor. As for rebuilding mine, I have no clue whatsoever how much that would cost. So you can see my confusion.
