    Need quick help on fuel filter clamp

    tryin to do a fuel filter install on my 96 bmw r850r... haynes said disconnect 2 hose clamps and its done... it doesnt say anything else, and wont you know it, its no fucking hose clamp ive ever seen. it has no screw, no disconnect or lock of any type i know if, its a solid fucking piece of metal all around with a t shape sticking up. how the holy hell do i get them off?

    If you have room - insert a flat screwdriver vertically into the "T" and twist it back and forth. That should loosen the clamp enough to slide the hose off. I would not attempt to re-use the clamps -- either buy new worm gear or spring clamps.
