need help with tires

i am having some serious wheel hop problems at the track any recommendations on tires and size thats work on the street and the track ,ran a flat 11 in 1/4 mile and had to let off at the line

Suspension needs work. Torque arm might be somehting you might want to upgrade

wheels hop is more of a suspension issue than tire, though tire performance/effectiveness is affected by lackluster suspension...

can you list what mods you have done to your ar so that we can get a better idea of what it is we are dealing with and to give you some options...

not sure what mods the car has just got it the previuos owner spent allot of money sais its in the 450 hp club which i believe front tires come off the ground off the line and was afraid to drive it I know it has a 1999 ls1 motor , trainy and rearend and some sort of 90 throttle body headers with straight pipes no mufflers

just look under the car and check for any suspension parts that are not stock, the suspension might be stock because allot of people spend the money on the HP but not on the sespension.
