Need help reading codes
I have the SES(service engine soon) light and the SVS(service vehicle soon) light on in my car. I hooked up my predator to it to read the codes and it said:
1. P0140 O2S Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2 No Activity Detected
2. P1133 H02S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1
3. P1626 Anti-Theft
What should i do to fix these codes. Do i need new 02 sensors? Thanks. Any help is appreciated.

yeah every time those lights come on in my car i just hook up my predator and reset the codes. but now recently i had a code that read anti-theft. i have no idea what that code means. Should i just keep reseting my codes whenever the lights come on or should i try to get them fixed. Thanks.

Look up the codes/diagnostics at www.gearchatter.com for your year. With LT's and no cats don't worry about P0140 - are you running 02 sims or have the rear 02s deleted with your tune? If you have the newer version Predator just turn it off permanently.

Plug the Predator into the car - the screen will tell you what version it is. If its V1.03 like mine (or earlier) it won't delete any codes permanently. You'll have to find the problem with the precat sensor (1133) or replace it - PCM needs that one. If you're running rear 02 sims check the wiring or try swapping them side to side and see if the code moves to the other bank - if it does it's gone bad.

like has been said #1 is a rear sensor so unless you're running cats just turn that code off. #2 is a common code with headers. If you replace the front sensors get bosch 13111's. I've read where people have had good luck with those sensors. #3 I don't know anything about that one. I would reset it and see if it comes back before worrying about it.
