Question Need Help Bleeding the Coolant System 02 SS

Title says it all, I need help on bleeding the coolant system. I just replaced the thermostat and coolant on my 2002 SS, noticed a few posts indicating the LS1 can get air pockets. I don't want air pockets!

If anyone can post instructions on how to bleed the cooling system, maybe a photo of the bleeding location, that would be bloody great.

    THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Take off cap. Start motor. Let motor run until t-stat opens up and your level drops in the radiator, top off coolant. I always let it run for a bit after that then shut it off and put the cap back on.

OK - I have seen posts mentioning a bleeder screw, but now it's location or when/why/how long to open it.

Follow the install document for the thermostat install. At the end it describes how to properly fill and bleed the cooling system.
