whats the best exhaust for my ls1 for a cheap price?

Cheap is a relative term...I have pacesetters and a Texas Speed Rumbler X. Cost was about 700 bucks and I did the install myself. Depending on if you are looking to keep you cats or not, the Magnaflow would be about the same. If you need a Y-Pipe would be the only questions that I don't know that may increase your cost on the magnaflow over a the rumbler x.

the y-pipe you can get along with the headers....for example, i have kooks headers with kooks y-pipe

If you do a texas speed rumbler x without cats, you don't need a y-pipe. The cost of the headers and x-pipe system is it.
