My Seat moves!Previous heavyweight owner/ fixable

When I steer on on ramps etc i feel a little knock like the seat is broken and it moves ever so slightly. Has the previous owner been doing Jimmy supafly Snuka acrobatics smashing into my seat apon entry or is it just loose? Anyone had this issue or know what bolts to check? I'm being stupid to check i dont feel like moving the seat because u finally found a good seating position. I also don't want to tear into anything cuz the stupid builders are paving the sidewalk etc so i have to park across the street . Sigh.

Which way is it moving? Is it just the bottom or the back?

feels like the back end moves to the side a bit. makes like a knock sound and moves. ever so slightly but sometimes its annoying to feel it mid turn when the gs build.
