    msd coil pack question.....

I was wondering if I buy a msd coil pack is there a certain order for the packs to go in or can I just place them in any order.

yepp, Just pull the old ones and put the msd's in there place. A coil is a coil the computer takes care of the rest.

Are your current coils bad? I wouldn't waste $600 on the MSD coils unless it's a show car as they have shown no proven gains except appearance.

Exactly The stock coils are good for over 500 HP and possibly even more. I wouldn't waste my time or with them.

well what about the msd wires because I put new spark plugs in my car and new msd wires and it was like she woke up out of a deep sleep.

The MSd wires carry less ohms than the stockers but if it made that drastic a change then your old ones were probably going out. The wires are better but not by something you would notice as a decent gain.

We were blowing the spark out at around 6900RPM ( Shift point is 7100) so she "studdered" at 6900-7100RPM. Made me crazy...we swapped to the MSD coils and voila.....she ran smooth and strong all the way to 7100RPM. Still does
