Ms3 cam need converter help

I just installed a ms3 cam anyone know if a 2500 stall converter would be ok. Its probably best for a 3-3500 but my wallet is getting slim on this project. Its a carbed 5.3 in 93 camaro with a 700r4

Don't cut corners on the converter if it is not matched to the cam you will be very unhappy . Save your money and buy the right one . I made that mistake once and ended up buying 2 converters , the wrong one then the right one . When they are matched correctly you will be completely satisfied .

Ya I definitely hear you that. I should call texas speed to see what they recommend. I read here once someone with the same cam ran it with a 2200 stall and he said it ran fine but who knows.I want to get the most out it

Yup^^^think of it this way, it's better to buy the right one then waste money. Sucks being down but better to get it right, cost less in the long run.

Yup got to sell some old parts and can probably get 200 for the converter I got now.
