Lots of people on here have complained about the added vibration due to "solid" motor mounts.
I'm also getting this info from the seat of a old car of mine, Transfers the engine vibration straight to the frame, than to the body, than to the seat, butt bone connected to the backbone, backbone connected to the...ETC..

Invest in the balance job and a good harmonic balancer should reduce it some.

eh... people bitch about poly mounts... they seem to think our cars are cadillac's or some shit... it's not even that bad unless you have a monster cam in your car...

Oh I agree with you here. My aftermarket TA caused some more "noise" but I could care less. When I hit 2nd at 6500 RPM and 3rd at the same and my car hooks and goes, it makes up for it.

Well as long as the solid mounts don't cause the jackhammer noise my car makes right now I couldn't care less about any vibrations.

I am going to. I just need to figure out when I'll have time to put the motor mounts in.

note that the poly mounts are substantially larger than the stockers....they will be tough to squeeze into the clamshells....what i did was lay the deep half of the clamshell on the floor, set the mount in as it needs to sit, and stepped on it, pressing it in. the alignment of the mounts when lining up with the pedastal will be off a little, so you may have to loosen the pedastal to get it to line up.

Don't forget about the Mufflex Hanger, ..., It will also help reduce the Y-pipe banging.

I ordered that but it doesn't fit for some reason.
