Under Drive Pulleys - Not a fan of it
    TB Bypass - Yes
160 Degree T Stat - Yes, only if you have the PCM tuned to have the fans come on sooner to work with the t-stat setting.
Fan Control Switch - Not so much
    Fernco Bellows - No
Z06 MAF - Leave your MAF stock

If you look at your Tb you will see a coolant hose coming under the intake off of the coolant lines that goes into the TB from the drivers side. It exits on the passenger side of the TB and goes into the radiator.

You have two ways to "fix/mod" this. One is to get a long piece of hose and just disconnect and replace it without going into the TB.

The other way is to get a brass hose connector and 2 O clamps and piece together that way.

Either way the coolant is not needed to be run through the TB. It's supposed design was for areas of cold weather to help warm the air coming into the intake. Engines like cold air so I can't understand why they did this.

    Double Timing Gears? No.
Under Drive Pulleys? No. Waste of $200 IMO.
TB Bypass? Yes. One of the best HP/$ mod.
160 Degree T Stat? No, if DD. Especially if it gets cold where you live.
Fan Control Switch? Yes, if you take it to the drag strip or have heavy traffic.
    Fernco Bellows? Yes, super cheap.
Z06 MAF? Hell no. Not worth modding until you have a new TB and intake IMO.

Mods wil be lts, ory, lmII, slp lid, monster clutch, ls6 intake, AIR/ERG delete, umi weld in SFC, pro 5.0 with luos short stick, new plugs, wires, motor mounts, 02s, Amsoil filter

It snows where i live so i dont get to drive it year around however it will see below freezing and traffic jams from Evansville, IN to lexington, KY
She will see a little drag time.

So fan control switch...what woukd need to be done for this? Like intall and use tips?
Would the switch and tstat be over kill? I figure the cooler the better?
The bypass is a kit you can i buy i know that but some say not to use for below freezing weather
And bellows help a lil but not much but for $5 and 30 mins and 1 or 2 hp... Every little bit counts right?

The 160 t-stat really doesn't work the way it's supposed to unless you have the PCM tuned to make the fans come on at a lower temperature setting to work with the t-stat, as previously mentioned...

Money is better spent here ^ than the t-stat or fans IMO.

Since this ^, I wouldn't bother with below.

If your hearts stuck on running cooler, I would simply get the 160* with a tune. Your not stuck in downtown NY, Chicago, Detroit or LA, so city driving won't require the fans IMO.

SLP makes a plug and play wire harness for switching the fans (I think it's $70), and somewhere there's a budget write up. You'd have to search for it.

I'd do all the free mod on installuniversity.
