    Mod Question

    I'm debating on what my next mod should be.

    First would be a cam, and intake, on the other had I'm thinking about ported LS6 heads 1.8 rockers, and intake. I'm kinda wanting the car to be a sleeper, keep a pretty good mpg. Eventually it's gonna be a HCI car. My goal is just to get somewhere between 420-500 rwhp, I know thats a big gap.

    What do you think I should do?

    It all depends on your budget, is your car a m6 or A4?
    I would say if ya wanna do a head/cam/intake swap i would do it all at once. Instead of pulling the motor apart 3 times.

    I assume you already have Long Tubes?

    I've read there are only certain instances where upgrading from the LS6 is really worth the money. I imagine better flowing heads and a bigger cam might be one of those though

    There will be tons of advice for you, surely. But, what kind of gas MPG do you consider *decent* when a car has 450 HP? Horsepower costs gas, how much do you wanna burn?

    Current mods, are just headers, lid, and suspension. Car is a M6. I guess mpg isn't really that big of a deal I have a DD, car is just a play toy now. Budget is 3K for now.

    The only reason I suggested heads with 1.8 rockers, is a guy on tech did it and got 400+ rwhp out of it with stock cam and trq was close to 400 too.
