    max cubes from a gen 3 6.0 iron block?

    have two 6.0 L gen 3 engines sitting in my shop,just wondering if any body has built one up and how big you can go?

    safly I'd say 427, but I know a guy building 500+ aluminum ls1 with deck plates, long sleeve stroker, sheet metal intake and twin 90mm TBs.......how much money do you to spend?

    have not thought about cost yet,I know forged bottom end will be a must.
    looking to build 700 to 800 hp for a mud rail car. uit should be under 1900lbs
    when finished.

    Nitrous or boost?

    As mentioned, it really depends on funds.

    have lots of nitrous at my shop, still touing with turbo ideas.
    still looking for a good place to purchase turbo components.
    mostly diesel stuff around here
