    Lug bolt not coming loose..help!?!

I've been trying to hammer out a busted lug bolt. I've been using a mini-sledge and it's not budging yet. I don't want to damage anythinge else by hammering harder. Any hints??

Can you clarify what you are doing? Is the wheel off and you are trying to remove the stud from the hub? It should drive through unless you've somehow boogered up the stud to where it wont go through the hub anymore. The best advice is to hit it like you are driving it through the hub instead of just hitting it-like hitting a baseball-you drive through it not just make contact.A big punch can sometimes help avoid damaging other things around the stud.

Trying to remove the stud from the hub....but I got it out finally. Mini-sledge and a good bit of hammering did it.
