Ls6 typhoon intake

Hey guys have any 1 of heard bout ls6 typhoon intake? I was lookin for an ls6 intake and I found that one. It's alummium 85mm ls6 intake and it comes with the egr conection. If any one seen it. Woul that be a good upgrade for my ls1 98 z28? My car it's all stock. Thanks

They look alright and they promise to improve some power up to 17 hp. The price is not bad. An ls6 go fo 300 bucks used and the ls6 FAST go for over 800 dollars and this guys sell this for $450 brand new nad I belive it compatible with the EGR system. Anyone knws anythink bout em? Thanks

I read some dyno stuff on them a while back but forget the specifics. The jist of it was that you'd be better off with the used LS6. If memory serves me correctly they ran out of steam up top pretty quick.

I rather the ls6 original intake. But the thing is if I get that I have to cancel the EGR system. 1 I hate cars with the engine light on. 2 since I live in cali I need the EGR system for the smog check. Unless if there's any way to get the ls6 intake and the EGR together. Is there any way to do that? Cuz the ls6 intake dnt come with the EGR

look for a used SLP ls6 intake......it has the egr provision.

Here where I live is one guy he's sellin ls6 bbk intake ls6 throttle body. For $350 dollars but I dnt think it has the egr thing. N I dnt knw if it will fit mine. He had it on his zo6

the intake should work fine...the throttle body is probably fly by wire and won't work on yours.

so the bbk is a good intake? I'll go check it out n see how it looks.
